Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped Fed/Ex 2-day service. Shipping charges are $25.
If no one is present to receive the order, the delivery service will attempt to leave the package in a secure place. But due to the perishable nature of gelatos and sorbets, al Gelato cannot be responsible for the condition of the product if no one is able to receive the package upon delivery.
Handling Information:
Our ice cream orders are shipped to you in a reusable cooler packed with dry ice and
placed in a corrugated box. Dry ice does not melt; it evaporates. After receiving the
package, carefully unpack the product and place it in the freezer.
